These are still great pellets to feed an aquarium fish with as they do not float at the top or float in the water a murk. Fish has to get used to eat these hard candy, but once they do, it is great. Note that you need some bottom dwellers or at least some life-bearers to pick up the food that falls to the bottom. Some fish is just incapable to eat from the floor.

Slow sinking. Small fish (all fish actually) and inverts love it.

I wanted a pellet that doesn’t sink right away as I don’t have any bottom feeders in my tank. So the longer the pellet stays at the top, the greater the chance my clownfish can eat it so it doesn’t get trapped at the bottom of my tank causing my tank to be polluted my fish food waste. As an added bonus my clownfish loves it.
